As a payment processor we cannot enforce copyright laws, but we are in the position to disabling individual Bee-Tokens gates and/or an entire producers account if infractions continue to persist.

Bee-Tokens is NOT responsible for any punitive damages that directly relate to its relationship with a producer. We do not actively search and verify that content is legally distributed.
